La Maddalena – Sardegna self-catering apartments

The complex includes 2 apartments. It is a modern housing solution located on the island of La Maddalena. These are on the ground floor. Each has a private entrance and a reserved parking space directly in front of the property.
Excellent solution for 2 families or a group of people – accommodates up to a limit of 10 people.
In each apartment, there is air conditioning throughout. A washing machine is also available. There is a small patio with a table and chairs, which is accessible from the living room. The kitchen is completely new and equipped with everything you need.
Interiors of the apartments:

• Bedroom: cozy and functional. It has a double bed and a bunk bed. This setup is ideal for families or small groups in the larger house. In the smaller house, there is a double bed.
• In both houses, there is a living room with a kitchenette. It is a bright and well-organized space. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed for additional guests. The kitchenette is equipped for every need.
• Bathroom in each apartment: equipped with shower, bidet and all the comforts.

• Air conditioning, for utmost comfort in every season.
• Domestic hot water heated by an 80-liter electric boiler.
